Amazing 3-star experience. Joseph Street Kitchen, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. If you wish to see te manawa - stay here, it's just 15 minutes walk...

Great bang for the buck with excellent amenities such as an indoor pool and a spa pool. The hotel is located within walking distance of many prominent tourist spots such as museums, cafes, and boutique shops. Their staff is warm and friendly, ensuring that you have a pleasant and enjoyable experience during your stay.
The shower could use an upgrade as it was a bit outdated and provided a lukewarm water stream. , the soundproofing between rooms is quite poor, which made it hard to relax and sleep in when there were noisy guests in the adjacent rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the center and Racecourse conference center. Guests love the full kitchen facility including a full-size fridge, comfortable bed, and private spa with a heated pool. the reception staff is friendly and helpful.
One guest reported that the pool was unclean with hair and a hair tie found floating in the pool which was a big disappointment.
